Notes

Pale hay color, weight light,taste is clean and refreshing
with a light body. The aromas of citrus, apple, tropical
fruit and a hint of pear and herbs.  The wine was ages in
stainless steel tanks

Production Notes
----------------
MCKENNA NORTH COAST SAUVIGNON BLANC was picked at the peak
of ripeness. The grape were whole cluster pressed to
minimize the amount of green character extracted from stems
and skins. The juice was then fermented at around 55 degrees
for around 3 weeks. The wine was aged entirely in stainless
steel tanks. This wine should be consumed within 2 years of
release.

Enjoy this wine with grilled zucchini, BBQ shellfish, Chinese take out,
lighter cheese such as mozzarella.
