Ruby red in color with a slight pink edge. Nose of
eucalyptus, but nowhere near as dominant as the 90 and
revealing more fruit and complexity. Medium-bodied. In
contrast to the 90, this wine was explosive, almost with a
new world-type up front character but instead of revealing
sweetness, a very refined, complex and mysteriously benign
yet intriguing finish. Beautifully balanced. 94-95
