On the nose, apparent dry yeasty notes. On the palate, a delightful fine mousse with an abundance of stone-fruit acidty with hints of framboise and strawberry of the pinot noir atop the developing honeyed complexity of chardonnay and the prominent yeasty bread crusts from the lees.
