WINE =======: 1986 Lynch-Bages Tasting Date: 2004-02-17 Score : 94 Country : France Region : Medoc Notes ----- This is a giant and youthful wine. An extremely dark purple color with no lightening on the edges. The first sip was very tannic, after the wine opened up... Black fruits, leather, lead pencil, and oak were the prominent flavors. The tannins had reduced significantly. Well balanced with a long finish. Additional Notes ---------------- I let the wine breath in the glass for four hours. After enjoying one glass, replaced the cork and returned aj few days later and it was perfect straight out of the bottle. Output generated by La Wine Club - http://LaWineClub.com/ =================
