Notes

This was a very unique glass of wine - profoundly different
in ways that I'm unable to distinguish now but I wrote on my
notes, "most unique". Substantive rich color, dark garnet,
heavy menthol (10% Cabernet Franc, 60% cab, 30% Merlot).
Huge finish with a dusty-cherry nuance. A great wine, and
under different circumstances, might have come out on top of
the flight.
