Notes

Dark gold to yellow amber color. Dry nose, vanilla and
caramel, somewhat bitter herbs with sour apple, pear, melon
scents, wet burnt straw. Medium-bodied with hints of nutmeg
and cinnamon spice.  A touch of lemon peel, smoke and baking
dough flavors, caramel and toffee too. The green apple,
pear, green melon fruit is lively but the acidity outlasts
the fruit. Fairly balanced, not that smooth but does hang
together.
