Notes

Purple color with no traces of age; nose of cinnamon,
earth-infused nutmeg, medicinal spices; smokey barbecue
sauce. Very, very tannic, but the tannins may not be
immoveable.  This would be an interesting wint to cook with.

Production Notes
----------------
We obtained this wine from the best Dolcetto grapes grown in
small and selected vineyards in the Barlo area. The careful
cultimvation, the accurate vinification, with all of those
we obtained this wine with a bouquet delicate but well
defined, vinous, ruby, with purple reflections of color. Dry
but velvety and well balanced on the alate. Unfiltered.
