Notes

Cherry to pink at the edges; nose of slightly burnt earth
with a hint of eucylptus. Unimpressive, if noticeable finish
and unnecessarily bitter (provinence on the wine was
impeccable so this was not a case of storage conditions). 
Medium-bodied. This wine is, in my opinion, past its price
and on the way out.  Unyielding tannins and a strong
candidate for the worst Lafite I have tasted to date.
