A full bodied wine. Right out of the bottle the nose was
full of tannic oak, but within minutes began to reveal sweet
creme de cassis.  The flavors of black fruit, creme de
cassis, and toast were hiding behind the tannins in the
beginning, but after an hour or so began to appear with the
tannins integrating for the long lingering sweet finish. 
Overall, still very youthful and needs more time in the
cellar.  A great wine!
