It is sweet, but also very light, with a good bit of citrus that lifts the sweetness. Even better, it has a hint of effervesence...not anywhere near as much as a true sparkling wine, but noticeable. The bubbles were very fine, and combined with the sweetness and citrus tones to create a very crisp wash of flavor, with a nice mouth feel--extremely refreshing. I feel that I could drink this all day, and I'd like to try that sometime.
