This was my first experience with one of the more selective
Australian wines.  Straight out of the bottle with minimal
breathing time, it had a deep garnet color.  A medium to
full bodied wine with a nose of black fruit, smoke and
spice.  Dense flavors of blackberry and cherry followed by a
long spicy finish.
