The wine is quite dry, with strong tannins--it probably
could use some time to breathe before serving. It has a
nice, long finish and sort of a faint blackberry flavor. The
color is a lovely ruby-garnet fading to rose (the color of
the setting sun) on the edges. The scent is distinctive.
