Notes

Purple with light purple at the edges; nose of tar and
minerals; full-bodied with loads of cherries, plum and dark
fruits. Explosive flavor and very drinkable now - not so
sure about the future because this isn't a very tannic wine.

Production Notes

Cenay's Blue Tooth Vineyard is located within Napa Valley's
prestigious locality of Oak Knoll.  The original vineyard
was planted in Cabernet Sauvignon in the 1920s and boders
the famous Stag's Leap District.

Oak Knoll has a sandy gravel topsoil over-laying rock,
excellent drainage, and once historically was the bed of the
Napa River.

The low yielding, concentrated fruit from this old gravel
riverbed truly reflects the exceptional quality of Blue
Tooth Vineyard and Oak Knoll.
