WINE =======: 2000 Lynch-Bages AOC : Pauillac Tasting Date: 2004-12-30 Score : 93+ Country : France Region : Medoc Notes ----- Inky purple color; nose of ground coffee, burnt earth with a hint of tar. This is an incredibly dense wine; very complex early in its life, but needing lots and lots of time before it will reach its prime. We busted this up at an outdoor casual tasting because I wanted to see how the b2k Lynch was doing... at this point the Lynch is more like tar liquor than wine... needs more time... more time... I can only imagine the sediment this puppy is going to throw off in about twenty years. It's massive in its intensity to the point almost of not being paletable right now. I recommend using a fork if you drink this wine in the next few years. Output generated by La Wine Club - http://LaWineClub.com/ =================
