Ten years after it was harvested, this wine is beginning to exhibit a lot more sophistication. The tannins have started to subside and a wonderful aroma of black currants, blackberries and smoky cedar emerge. The wine is still quite tannic but becoming more mature; still very full-bodied and lovely on the palate and its color shows little trace of its age.
