Notes
-----
This is a nice bordeaux. The scent is light, yet rich, and
it has a pretty ruby color. For now, it needs a nice long
time to breathe to be at its best. Tasted on opening, it was
quite tannic, and fairly acidic. After breathing for about
an hour, the tannins had subsided somewhat, revealing more
sweetness and more fruitiness, but it kept a strong acidic
quality. I recommend drinking later, or giving it a few
hours to breathe before drinking. With a good 3-hour
breathe, the wine should balance nicely.
