All tastings begin at 6:30 pm and are held at the Metairie store (except dinners). Reservations and payment are required in advance. You can pay with cash or check at either either location , or make a reservation by phone. Although based in Bordeaux, his négociant company has a portfolio that includes cutting-edge producers in the Languedoc, the Rhone, and many other appellations throughout France.
