All tastings begin at 6:30 pm and are held at the Metairie store (except dinners). Reservations and payment are required in advance. You can pay with cash or check at either either location , or make a reservation by phone. Martin Wine Cellar is proud to announce that we now offer professional, temperature-controlled, long-term wine storage. We can now provide our valued customers a safe environment in which to cellar their most age-worthy wines. Our fully insulated, 40ft-by-20ft wine vault has its own refrigeration equipment to maintain a consistent cellar temperature and is equipped with a dedicated back-up power generator, as well as its own dedicated security alarm system.

Our goal is to make the management and storage of your valued wine collection more convenient and enjoyable. Join us for an open house at the facility and learn more about this new service. Those attending, please RSVP by calling Kevin O’Mara at 504-896-

    Beginners’ Wine Course
    Martin Wine Cellar will offer a five-week Beginners’ Wine Course hosted by wine expert Marc Pelletier. Wine novices will have a chance to swirl, sniff, and sip their way through six wines per class. In addition, they will explore various wine-producing regions and discuss pertinent topics, including how to read a wine label, terminology, wine-making techniques, and more. Classes begin July 11th and will meet at 6:30 p.m. on consecutive Mondays for five weeks. Classes will be held at the Martin Wine Cellar Metairie location. Cost is $75 per person.
