[New Orleans]
Martin's tasting events for late spring/early summer feature wines from Austria, tuscany, and California, plus the first in the new Spirits 101 series. Also, the deli will be open until 6:30 on Thursdays only, so come by and grab a bite before the wine tasting!

Introducing "Spirits 101"

Starting in May, Martin's will offer the first of six monthly Spirits Beginners’ Classes. Everyone from the Spirits Connoisseur to the Spirits Novice can come learn the A to Z’s about Tequila, Rum, Vodka, Gin, Bourbon, Scotch, Irish Whisky, and Cognac. Beginning with Tequila, these specifically designed seminars will take you through the complete distillation process and present examples of all the major expressions of that particular spirit. Each session will have limited seating and be treated as a separate and distinct seminar, which will allow everyone to choose the topics which are of interest to them. The "Spirits 101" seminars will cost $22 per person and take place on Friday evenings from 6:30 to 8PM at our Metairie location. Please join your host Keith Cox, Martin Wine Cellar’s Spirits Buyer, for one or all of the "Spirits 101" classes and take advantage of this excellent opportunity to taste 7-8 spirits while enhancing your knowledge on a different spirits topic each month.
