WINO introduces you to the basics of wine tasting: wine components, aroma identification, and overall evaluation. We will taste 4 white wines and 4 red wines. The main thrust of the class is to help you to discover your wine preferences and learn more about the wines you like. |
The class will go over the systematic process of tasting wine. There will be a discussion as to how and why people develop different likes and dislikes toward types of wine. Ultimately, this will help to guide you to the wines you will enjoy the most.
