Australian Walkabout
Join us for an exploration of the influence of region and vineyard site in shaping the character of the great wines of Australia. The wines are arranged across several “Regional Stations” allowing you to explore the unique flavor and varietal profile of each region, or to pursue your interest in a particular variety across regions. You can hop, sprint or walk from one “Station” to another in whatever order you like. The wines will be paired with tasty treats prepared by our Catering Staff and a grand selection of gourmet cheeses, pates and imported meats.
