In the research published earlier this summer in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, even though you may have suffered a heart attack, you might not have to give up a glass or two of wine with dinner. |
The study determined Light-to-moderate drinkers were at no greater risk for a second heart attack than nondrinkers, indicating that it's not necessary to abstain from alcohol after heart failure.
