Chateau/Producer:Lail
Wine Name:J. Daniel Cuvee
Country:USA
State:CA
AOC:Napa Valley
Region:Napa Valley
Wine Score:88
Notes:Dark, rich, no sign of age, spicy peppered raspberry, pencil shavings, cassis, old and new oak, very tannic. Full bodied and deep; IMO the biggest of the flight. I agree with the contention among the group that this wine had the most aging potential. By far the best QPR as well.
Tasting Date:2003-04-29
Varietal:Cuvee
Additional Notes:This was part of a wine tasting at Martin's Wine Cellar (Metairie, LA) featuring California Cabernet.
Price US$:70.00
